With your commitment to you, you'll receive my personal Guidebook and Supporting items such as short Books and Worksheets organized with a flowing and flexible progress. You'll create your Sacred Space to Process and Integrate the daily concepts and activities. You'll experience the magnificence of having sessions On-The-Land to Experience the powers of Sedona which can include Guided Healing Hikes on trails suited for your skill set, Sacred Locations for deep Healing work and possibly time for a Casual Stroll or two for you to invoke the changes. You'll also receive Indoor Sessions for that quiet, controlled atmosphere as you learn specific tasks requiring solitude.
This Mentorship is designed to teach you how to fish, not for me to fish for you. I don't want you to desire to come back for Round 2 in 6 moths or a year later, I want you to receive everything you need NOW and to learn how to Implement it into your New Life while you're here. Yes, I'll provide you Ongoing Support via Zoom or Phone Calls, but I want you to learn how to make this stuff 'stick'!
Activities may include hikes, walks, meditation/prayer time, journaling, making meals together, newly learned skills games, observation opportunities, and breathing techniques.
This is designed as Face-to-Face Learning here in Sedona, AZ, but it can be accomplished via Zoom, it just requires a much longer commitment in time.
